Dubai Airport is an international airport serving Dubai. It is a major airline hub in the Middle East and is the main airport of Dubai. Being the hub with largest airline base it has now become a secondary hub for Qantas following a major partnership with Emirates after which Qantas will use Dubai as the main stop over point for flights travelling to Europe. Being an important contributor to the Dubai economy managing millions of customers they need to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. In pursuit of this Dubai Airport recently signed up with Wavetec for their Electronic Queue Management System.

The Solution

Dubai Aiport having customer experience as their competitive edge were in need of managing long queues.
