Wavetec Deploys Enterprise Queue Management System for SERCO in North America
Wavetec has successfully deployed its enterprise queue management system for SERCO, marking a significant milestone in the company’s North American growth. The deployment supports Drive Test Ontario, one of the region’s largest public service networks, spanning 96 locations across Canada.
The multi-year engagement includes both software and hardware components and standardizes customer flow management across all sites. Wavetec’s solution replaces legacy queue management technologies, enabling a more consistent, scalable, and data-driven approach to managing high-volume citizen services.
