Société Commerciale de Banques Cameroun (SCB Bank Cameroon) has entered into an agreement with Wavetec, in collaboration with its local partner Adsnet Cameroon, to implement an advanced Queue Management System (QMS), aimed at improving branch efficiency and customer experience.
The upcoming deployment will introduce a more streamlined and technology-driven approach to customer flow management, enabling reduced wait times, enhanced service delivery, and improved operational visibility across branches. Wavetec’s QMS is designed to optimize high-traffic banking environments through intelligent ticketing, real-time monitoring, and actionable insights.
The agreement has been finalized, with deployment scheduled for the upcoming phase.
