Wavetec Secures QMS Deal with BPC (Banque Populaire des Comores) in Partnership with Centech Groupe

Wavetec has signed an agreement with BPC Bank Comoros, in collaboration with its local partner Centech Groupe, to deploy its Queue Management System (QMS), reinforcing its presence in the African banking sector.

The solution will bring a more structured and efficient approach to branch operations, enabling better crowd management, reduced waiting times, and improved service delivery. With features such as smart ticketing, real-time tracking, and performance analytics, the system is designed to enhance both customer experience and operational visibility.

The agreement has been finalized, with deployment scheduled for a later phase.

This win highlights Wavetec’s continued expansion in international markets, supported by strong regional partnerships like Centech Groupe, and reflects BPC Bank Comoros’ focus on adopting technology to modernize its banking experience.
