NIB Bank selects Wavetec’s EQMS to further strengthen their customer network

Wavetec commenced their two day annual sales meeting on 24rth June, 2013 in Dubai. Annual sales meeting is integral to the success of Wavetec’s yearly sales performance as it’s a one time opportunity to recognize H1 performance and inspire achievement and plan for the rest of the year.

Around 30 team members attended the two day session which included presentation sessions, interactive discussions and product demonstrations.”This meeting is a once-a-year opportunity to gather all of our sales people together, streamline our processes, and communicate valuable knowledge to the entire group, “said Mr. Ahmed Fraz CEO of Wavetec.

The sales meeting was not solely based on number reviews, but also included significant sessions for forecasting and forward planning. Wavetec’s sales force took the occasion to discuss how they can better serve our client’s needs and work on “A Customer is not a Number” concept. Different presentations took place, including a presentation about “Whoever tells the best story wins” and our renewed marketing approach.
