Bank Alfalah expands its existing network of nearly 200 CDMs with an additional 200 CQuick kiosks from Azimut to further enforce cash digitization and streamline branch operations.
Bank Alfalah is one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan with a network of over 700 branches across the country with presence in South Asia and the Middle East as well. With an endless catalog of products and services, the bank services consumers, businesses, companies and even governments.
Back in 2020, Bank Alfalah partnered with Azimut and deployed a fleet of over 190 CQuick bulk cash deposit machines all over the country. This was done to streamline cash management and enable service provision outside office hours. Beyond that, Bank Alfalah knew that self service was the future of consumer interaction so they wanted to be ahead of the curb and give customers the time to accept and adapt to self service banking.
Now, in 2022, after the success of the initial rollout of CDMs, Bank Alfalah has opted to add 200 CQuick bulk cash in kiosks to their existing network of self service machines. This second deployment of CDMs aims to make automated cash deposits more commonplace while normalizing self service banking all over Pakistan.
In addition to this rollout, Azimut will be updating and upgrading the existing kiosks’ software as part of their commitment to their clients ensuring smooth operation and up-to-date security protocols.
The rollout of the 200 new CQuick machines is already underway and scheduled to be complete soon so all Bank Alfalah customers can enjoy self service banking at the convenience of their own time and choice of destination.
