Karachi, Pakistan: Meezan Bank, the first and largest Islamic commercial Bank of Pakistan, with a network spanning across 140 cities of Pakistan invests in Wavetec’s technologically advanced queuing systems to organize customer flow at 200 branches and improve customer satisfaction.

With 200 new branches, and 95 existing systems already installed at the bank, the total installation base at Meezan Bank would total up to 295 systems.

The branches will be equipped with smart ticketing kiosks enabled with card reading technology to deliver superior service to priority banking customers. With the new system in place, clients will be able to receive SMS notifications and Email alerts as well. Moreover, the bank’s management will now be able to use Wavetec’s digital signage network for live video broadcasts to communicate and engage with branch employees.

Meezan Bank also invested in Spectra – Wavetec’s live reporting system with innovative dashboards to measure key performance indicators of their branches, and obtain actionable reports with decision-making information.
