Wavetec, leading global manufacturer and supplier of Customer Experience Solutions and Financial Market Displays hosted its Annual Sales Conference on 3-4 August at Grand Hyatt Dubai, UAE.
The meeting included a discussion on the Group’s strategy for the coming year, a financial recap of the previous year, emerging customer experience trends in the industry, a presentation on the cooperation between marketing and sales teams, guest speaker sessions and a hands-on demonstration of new products.
“This conference is a once-a-year opportunity to gather all of our global sales people together, streamline our processes and communicate valuable knowledge to the entire group,” said Tobias Bessone, Deputy CEO at Wavetec. “When the Sales and Innovation Conference ends, everyone leaves on the same page, with new sales techniques and product insights, geared up to make another year even better than the last.”
Wavetec’s corporate and sales teams converged from all eight offices at the conference, where performance and recognition was the key. New ventures and product introductions were introduced – with the definite highlight being the exciting, queuing and digital signage technologies set to be unveiled and marketed later this year.
Networking opportunities included team activities, coffee breaks, Ceremony Awards and Product Festival. In addition to product demonstrations at the Product Festival, Wavetec celebrated a successful 2015 and recognized the year’s top sales performers; Recognition Awards were presented to over twenty individuals for remarkable performance over the year, a reflection of Wavetec’s strong overall performance.
