UBA Bank Cameroon has entered into an agreement with Wavetec, in collaboration with its local partner Adsnet Cameroon, to implement an advanced Queue Management System (QMS), aimed at enhancing branch efficiency and customer experience.
The upcoming deployment will introduce a more structured and technology-driven approach to customer flow management, helping reduce wait times, improve service efficiency, and provide greater operational visibility across branches. Wavetec’s QMS is designed to optimize high-traffic banking environments through intelligent ticketing, real-time monitoring, and actionable insights.
The agreement has been finalized, with deployment scheduled for the upcoming phase.
