It searches the feasible configurations of your branch network, verifies each one in a queue simulation built from your real demand, and returns a ranked plan you can defend line by line.

Nexia stays the single source of truth for your data: the knowledge base, the database connection, the semantic engine. Nexia Consultant never receives a copy of it.
Connect
Nexia issues one bearer token per client, an API key scoped to that client and nothing else.
Fetch
It calls a read-only Nexia endpoint and receives that client’s real branch figures for the period: labor hours, tickets served, wait times, service mix, intraday shape.
Compute
Efficiency benchmarking, a queue simulation of each branch’s real demand pattern, and a bounded search over the decision variables you allow.
Recommend
A ranked plan per branch, rolled up into a network cost and service-level summary, with a phased rollout and an exportable PDF.

Nothing here is a black box. Every recommendation traces back to a benchmark, a simulated run and a configuration inside the ranges you set.
Efficiency benchmarking
Data envelopment analysis ranks your branches against each other on the inputs they consume and the service they produce. It shows which branches are already efficient, and by how much the rest are not.
Queue simulation
A discrete-event simulation replays each branch’s actual demand pattern, arrival by arrival. Every candidate configuration is tested against that pattern before it is allowed into the ranking.
Bounded search
The engine searches only inside the decision variables you open: staffing levels, a quick-service lane, kiosk deflection. Hard constraints are never traded away to make a number look better.
One source of truth. One scoped door into it.
Nexia Consultant is its own multi-tenant platform: separate login, separate branding per client, separate billing. What it is not is a second copy of your data. It reads through Nexia’s governed API and holds no database credentials of its own, so there is exactly one place where your operating data lives and exactly one scoped route to it.
What Nexia Consultant is not.

It is not a chatbot
