Wavetec to Roll Out Queuing System at New Lima Airport Terminal

Wavetec is proud to announce the upcoming deployment of its signature UNO-Q queuing system at the Lima Airport (Jorge Chávez International Terminal). The system, featuring tailored customizations, will be installed across 21 arrival counters and 33 departure counters, optimizing passenger flow as the terminal gears up for its inauguration next month.

UNO-Q is a call-forward, linear queuing solution known for reducing wait times, boosting service efficiency, and enhancing overall customer journey experiences. With this implementation, Wavetec aims to handle the expected surge in throughput tied to the terminal’s projected 23 million annual passengers.

Through this implementation at Jorge Chávez International Airport, the main airport serving the capital city of Peru, Wavetec’s solutions have once again earned the trust of a leading international hub.
