Building on an established queue management system, each branch is equipped with M-18 kiosks, Spectra dashboards, and Donatello screens to create a fully integrated retail experience. Customers take a ticket from branded kiosks and choose between meat, fish, or deli counters, then continue shopping while tracking their turn on digital screens. Wavetec’s APIs integrate with Consum’s weighing scales, enabling staff to call tickets and serve customers efficiently using their existing systems. At the same time, Donatello Digital Signage replaces printed posters by displaying promotional offers, queue updates, and service messages on a single platform, combining operational efficiency with targeted customer engagement.
