Supply Chain Professional

We are currently on the hunt for talented and energetic individuals for the position of Supply Chain professional for logistics, Import/Export, and DTRE/EFS role for our Karachi office

Job Description

• Day-to-day coordination with Sales, Production, Planning, Freight forwarders, regional counterparts, and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Forwarders assignment, documentation, handling, and execution of shipments (Import, export, cross-trade).
• Provide input in Forecasting, inventory planning, and management
• Ensure a healthy trade-off between logistics cost and lead time.
• Initiating and implementing Cost and Lead Time optimization projects pertaining to logistics.
• Maintain DTRE/EFS inventory and consumptions sheets

Requirements

• Super relevant logistics experience (at least 6 months) in cross-trade, import, export, and DTRE/EFS.
• Thorough Knowledge of Import-export and DTRE/EFS documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must as you will be communicating with regional counterparts and clients from around the globe on a daily basis
• Good Excel skills
• Good presentation skills
