Wavetec, the leading global company in Customer Journey Management, announced that SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Company) in collaboration with AHS (Ambulatory health services) deploys Queue Management Solution to manage resident flow at COVID-19 examination and testing centers.

In an effort to make COVID-19 testing available to all residents, two massive National Exhibition Centers (ADNEC) have been converted to testing and examination sites. These centers operate from 7:30am-10:00pm, conducting more than 10,000 tests everyday.
Center in Abu Dhabi has 32 testing booths followed by Al Ain with 22 stations. Both sites are equipped with state of the art 17 inch touch-screen kiosks with color LCD counter displays. The solution is also integrated with Wavetec’s digital signage solution to keep the waiting residents updated about their turn. The solution enables residents to experience a frictionless and safer journey while visiting these centers.
