They ensure the regulation and improvement of judicial and documentary services.<br \/>\nThis office is crucial to building effective establishments, qualified human resources and effective partnership with well-developed tools.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>The Opportunity<\/h2>\n<p>The Ministry of Justice was facing high volumes of foot traffic from visitors, the majority of which was concentrated at the entrance of the branch and the waiting areas. Given social distancing concerns, they needed to control and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wavetec.com\/blog\/customer-wait-times\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">reduce waiting and service times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, their previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wavetec.com\/solutions\/queue-management-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">electronic queuing system<\/a> was not of the quality desired. They required a system with improved SLA and maintenance.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Deployment<\/h2>\n<p>The Ministry of Justice chose to deploy the following Wavetec solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">17\u201d Ticket Dispensing Machine with dual printers<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">10\u201d Counter Display Screens<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">10\u201d Customer Feedback Tablet<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Web-Based Calling Software<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">55\u201d TV with a Digital Signage Player<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Dual Counter Status Display Screen<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Dashboards and Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;39112&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]The project was completed in three phases. The first being direct and the last two through our partners. And are serving 300 customers per day.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Customer Journey flow<\/h2>\n<p>The visitor arrives at one of the locations and takes a ticket from the kiosk installed at the entrance. The kiosk has 20 categories to choose from with a counter allocated to each category.<\/p>\n<p>The visitor takes a seat in the waiting area and watches instructional videos on Wavetec\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wavetec.com\/solutions\/digital-signage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Digital Signage<\/a> to pass the time and to be better informed.<br \/>\nOnce it is their turn to be served, the ticket is called upon through the counter display unit installed on top of each counter.<\/p>\n<p>The visitor is served and leaves their feedback on the tablet at the counter.
