Nasfund, the largest private superannuation fund in Papua New Guinea, chose Wavetec to help digitize its service centers. With an initial deployment at 5 service centers and 10 more to come in Q1 of 2023, Nasfund has opted for a hybrid enterprise queueing solution<\/a> as well as WhatsApp queueing to give its members an omnichannel experience when they arrive at Nasfund service centers. This deployment will give Nasfund members a whole slew of options when it comes to interacting & queuing at service centers, including WhatsApp and web queuing channels.<\/p>\n
