“At this Capital Health Screening Center we have two types of guests, walk-ins and with appointments. Even if there are a 100 walk-in guests waiting and a guest with a prior appointment walks in, he will be called right on his appointment. He won't have to wait, the system automatically calls you. The Queue Management Solution provided by Wavetec is also good for walk-in guests as it helps manage our flow. No one can be seen or called out of turn. With these two types of guests there is a further classification based on the guest's priority levels, ordinary or fast track. The system also takes this aspect into consideration when managing the flow of guests at the CHSC. It is a fair system. Wavetec's queue management solution has also provides us with numerous real-time reports which help us, the management. It provides us with instant feeds about the current situation. For example, like the current average wait/service times, or for example if there is an extraordinary delay anywhere we are notified instantly so that we can take the necessary action.”
