About the role
Across more than 70 countries globally, Wavetec systems power over 12,000 experiences per day. As lead UX designer, you will be responsible for designing clean, usable interfaces and designs to Wavetec systems across the world. This requires a common design language that allows the development of interfaces that are accessible, localisable and delight our customers.
You must have a strong portfolio showcasing examples of good design, problem solving and leadership skills. Case studies and a deep dive into the process are encouraged.
Lead a team of highly motivated UI/UX designers and UX researchers within partners and Wavetec to provide creative and process leadership
Owning the Wavetec brand and working with our product and marketing teams to make sure that our branding is consistently excellent in all aspects of our users’ and clients’ interactions with across products
Collaborate with Product Directors and Product Managers to understand and validate problems and make design decisions to create a flawless UX
Provide senior leadership to company wide initiatives to drive greater understanding of data and our customer’s ability to garner insight from it
