Job Description

  • To consistently and actively research for new clients to generate new business opportunities and ensure proper follow up on existing clients to ensure recurrent sales
  • To perform the following sales processes;
  • Make relevant presentations to clients about our products
  • To ensure that all Sales Leads are entered into the portal within 24 hours of receiving / generation of the sale enquiry
  • To ensure that all Sales quotations are generated within 24 hours of sending the proposal to the customer
  • To ensure that all Sales Order Forms (SOFs) are generated within 24 hours of materialization of a sale
  • Ensure that the timelines defined for the installation of the system in the SOF are met To ensure Release of payment from the customer once the system is installed/commissioned
  • Responsible for submitting maintenance contract to the customer once the system is out of warranty / out of maintenance
  • Ensure consistent and effective account management with assigned clients and to keep in close coordination between clients and customer support Engineers as per client need basis with the aim of ensuring great customer satisfaction
  • Perform other tasks as directed by reporting head from time to time

Areas of Responsibilities

  • To search for new and potential clients so as to develop new business relationships
  • To ensure recurrent generation of business/sales from existing clients

Qualification and Experience

  • At-least a Related Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of Business Development experience
