Malaysia is amongst one of the most organized countries when it comes to customer flow management. Service oriented companies in Malaysia such as banks, government institutions, hospitals, clinics, telecom service centers, shipping companies etc use advanced queue management systems to improve the customer satisfaction levels.
I have seen so many companies adapting to the new way of managing queues but mostly it have been firms like banks, telecoms, airports, etc. Never in my craziest imaginations had I imagined Disney adapting to a Queue Management Solution and believe me when I say craziest imagination I mean imagining butts in place of faces and vice versa.
