These units are used to announce a new Ticket number along
with the counter number where the customer has to proceed to. The SDU
are LED 7- segment based as well as DOT MATRIX segment based. These are
strategically placed in the waiting area. A SDU display comprises of two-digit
Counter Number and three-digit Ticket Number. A new number is announced
by flashing signals on the SDU, accompanied by a melody sound for charm.
In case of a large customer waiting area, it is suggested to install more
than one Status Display Units.

Audio Announcements
To ensure that the waiting customers don’t miss their turn, number is flashed on the display along with a pleasant chime followed by an audio announcement in male/female voice and in language of your choice. New announcements and melody can be uploaded using eQWave.
