State Bank of Pakistan has decided to install Wavetec's state of the art Electronic Queue Management at their main Banking Hall to facilitate walk in customers.
Wavetec eQ system will help State Bank to cater the rush of the walk in customers at the time of the draw of prize bonds. This is another step taken by State Bank of Pakistan towards modernizing the banking sector.
Wavetec is providing them a queue solution integrated with a KIOSK, which works as both Ticket Issuing & Information provider unit. It provides information like draws results, schedule of the upcoming draws etc.
