Wavetec’s eQ system achieved yet another milestone with its largest deployment in Dubai to date. This time the installation was done at the newly launched Ministry of Labor office in Dubai. With constant queues of people at the new MOL building, the system provides an efficient solution for customer service in an organized manner. The total system consists of eighty four counters that are further divided into two separate floors.
eQ System with its exceptional features allows the Ministry to monitor its progress, during a certain day or a week using its centrally controlled MIS system.
Touch screen Kiosks allow a user friendly environment, with scheduling of service time. The sleek metallic structure of the Kiosk adds to the interior of the MOL service center.
Wavetec previously has done Ministry of Labor sites in Abu Dhabi, Musafa and is currently working on their upcoming Al-Ain site. Project Manager from Wavetec Hasnain Javed quotes:
Air Arabia plans to open more sales centers across UAE using Wavetec's Queuing solutions. Wavetec's Dubai office looks to work with Air Arabia at a global level where all sales and service centers can be monitored using a Central Reporting structure, a feature of the eQ system.|
"It's been a great success in installing our Q-system Technology at the Ministry of Labor Dubai. I am exceptionally proud of our operational ability to customize the solution as per the Ministries exact requirements."
Ministry of Labor is mandated to administer the labor market in the UAE with high efficiency and to cater for improving and developing the labor market. MOL’s vision is to provide a leadership role in Customer Service, which is being facilitated by the Wavetec EQ system. |
