Ticket Dispensing Unit (TDU) Lite

TDU Lite is a state-of-the-art touch screen ticket dispensing machine – the result of customer-centric thinking and a commitment to innovation in design and usability. TDU Lite has a bright LED backlit display inside a sleek metallic body with a brushed steel finish. The new printing technology allows faster and higher quality printing without compromising on durability.

Kiosk

Wavetec offers an advanced, touch screen based ticketing unit with two auto cut printers. This interactive display creates an enjoyable experience for the customer as well as provides an excellent promotional opportunity for the Client.
 
Features
  • Our Kiosk is equipped with a fujitsu printer which has a printing speed of 200 mm / second.
  • It enables priority ticket issuing on the basis of customer information acquired from loyalty/membership cards
  • It is available with an SMS reminder product add on; customers are sent an SMS on their cell phone just before their turn
  • Dual printer functionality enables auto switching from a printer which is out of paper to another printer to ensure continuity
  • Screen-saver mode can show eye- catching, dynamic promotional media to captivate the audience
  • It has multiple navigational screens that can be used to inform and guide customers through the process of “acquiring a ticket" in an organized and methodical approach
  • Promotional media can be changed remotely from the head office over this kiosk.

Status Display Unit (SDU)

The SDU helps in ensuring waiting customers don’t miss their turn. Once a customer’s turn comes the ticket number is flashed on the display along with an audio chime. This is then followed by an audio announcement in a male/female voice and in the language of your choice. New announcements and melodies can be uploaded using eQ Wave.

  • It can be strategically mounted in waiting areas, lobbies, hallways etc. to direct the crowd towards service counters
  • SDU flashes ticket numbers to be served along with their respective service counters
  • The optional direction arrows prompt customers towards service counters

Media Controller

Media Controller coverts your lobby plasma or LCD screen into an eQ Status Display Unit (SDU)

Features
  • Media controller can convert standard plasma into a dynamic, multi-dimensional display
  • By connecting your Plasma / LCD or Projector to a Media Controller you can display ticket calling information on graphical slides customized as per your requirements
  • The ticket calling overrides the graphics and can be customized using any font, size, color and back ground
  • By adding a Video player to Media Controller, you can run any video feed (providing a video input from any source such as a DVD player or Cable TV) on the plasma or projector based Multimedia SDU while simultaneously displaying eQ Ticket calling
 
 

Counter Display Unit (CDU)

The CDU notifies waiting customers of the counter number and the ticket being served on each counter

Features
  • CDU can be wall mounted, desk fixed or suspended from the ceiling
  • CDU’s displays the ticket number to be served next
  • It can be activated when the service representative hits the next button
  • It remains activated for a defined time period to save power
  • When the counter is inactive, CDU displays the sign “OFF” or any other customized message
  • CDU’s display effects include scrolling from any direction and flashing for a pre-defined time period
  • CDU’s can be labeled with counter number for easy identification
  • Information can be displayed in different languages, one after the other, for a multilingual audience over the CDU
  • CDU’s are available in Wired, Wireless and Central Power modules.
 
 

Wireless Counter Display Unit

The Wireless CDU is a variation in the CDU options available that notifies waiting customers of the counter number and the ticket being served on each counter.

  • Wireless CDU’s can be wall mounted, desk fixed or suspended from ceiling
  • It gives wireless 802.15.4 standard signal strength
  • Its communication baud rate is 115Kbps wireless
  • It supports Tri-Color for text (Orange / Green / Red)
  • It is capable to display dual language counter numbers
  • Its message storage capacity is 50 characters per message
  • It has 50 wireless CDU nodes
  • It works on Wireless communication with ranges as follows:
  • a. Range 30 meters in case of urban area 
    b. Range 80 meters in case of line of sight

  • It indicates signal strength on startup
  • It can be auto detected on wireless or wired interface
  • Its screen size is 48 X 16 pixels
  • It displays effects that include scrolling from any direction and flashing
  • It supports one frame close counter message in any language
  • Ticket numbers can be called in English and Arabic. Other languages are also available
 
 

Teller Station Unit (TSU)

TSU is a keypad based ticket calling device that can be easily placed on the teller’s counter for managing queues.

Features
  • It has an easy to use keypad with a well-designed layout
  • It has an LCD screen for information display
  • It has sound associated with keys to verify key presses

Following possible queue control functions:
  • Call next customer in queue
  • Transfer ticket to another queue
  • Put a customer in “wait”
  • Call a customer randomly
  • Select a category to be served
  • Re-announce the last called ticket
 
 

Soft Teller Station Unit

The Soft TSU is software with all the functionality of the Teller Station Unit (TSU). It enables the customer to call and serve the customers, and can be installed on any computer connected to the eQ Active Controller via LAN to work as an operator terminal. It is also available in a web version.

  • Soft TSU shows the average wait-time of customers in the current category
  • It displays customer information to the teller as acquired from their loyalty / membership card or CRM using TDU Smart KIOSK
  • The teller can define multiple services (matter codes) against a single ticket for a customer through this soft TSU
  • It supports multiple workflows allowing calling from single or multiple categories
  • It has the option of sequential and random calling of customers
  • It notifies the teller via popup when a ticket is generated
  • It comes with the option Auto transfer that helps in transferring the customer based on pre-configured queuing workflow

  • It integrates with LDAP using windows active directory
