Orascom Telecom holding numerous telecom licenses across the Middle East, Africa and Asia to install 49 state of the art Queue Management Systems in Algeria for their customer service centers, to monitor customer flow.
They floated their tender last October, and approached Wavetec to participate in this tender. Wavetec invited Orascom Telecom to Dubai to highlight key features the eQ management system offers.
Orascom Telecom was impressed by the organized solutions and performance of the product, and hence placed an order for 37 new sites including 12 old ones which will be replaced by the new system. |
