KARACHI: To create an organized and efficient waiting area in their head offices, Pakistan International Airlines published a tender. The tender was for the supply and installation of Electronic Queue Management System (eQ System) for their offices in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. It took over six months to gain confidence from PIA to handover the tender to Wavetec as the market is extremely competitive. |
