KARACHI: Wavetec’s state-of-the-art dual printer touch screen LCD kiosk (Queue Management) solution was installed at Emirates new office in Sharjah, UAE, revealed a statement. Emirates Airline, one of the largest travel organizations in the Milddle East caters to a large audience worldwide everyday and to reduce customer-waiting time in their centres they opted for the Wavetec eQ system. Currently, Wavetec has installed more than 10 new stations in the Middle East and Africa with complete service quality reports, which give the accuracy to the upper management for the business decision. |
