The WAVETEC’s Electronic Queue Management Solution (EQMS) is a service toolkit for managing and continuously improving service delivery at customer care branches. EQMS fine tunes the waiting area, creating an engaging and optimized experience for clients; making possible, the delivery of hassle-free andpersonalized service every time a client visits your branch. For the display solution, Wavetec provided Zain, with a solution that included 4 embedded LED walls, 8 Indoor Full-Color LED tickers, 2 Indoor Full-Color LED walls and 15 interactive touch-screen displays. Wavetec also installed an Outdoor Full-Color LED wall at the Riyadh service center that shows the animated logo of Zain.
