Tadawul - Saudi Stock Exchange
Tadawul wanted to develop a state of the art press room that would be media friendly, designed for convening press conferences, media events and seminars, and for receiving corporate guests to enhance the image of Tadawul as the leading stock exchange in the region.
Wavetec’s objective was to help Tadawul create a people friendly, technology driven “media room” that enhances the bourse’s brand image and aligns with the strategy of consolidating Tadawul’s position as the preferred stock exchange in the region. The new media room also took the Saudi Stock Exchange to a new level of public dissemination of financial information.
The Saudi Stock Exchange, also known as Tadawul, boasts 2 large, full-color LED based information display screens that shows live stock data, market statistics, graphical trends and other relevant data. A seamless, grid-based plasma solution was developed for running TV and news content in between the 2 LED display walls. The display will act as a relevant and impressive backdrop at press briefings. Two smooth-scrolling information display tickers will be deployed inside the Media Room showing real-time trading data and live market statistics.
Key Offerings
- Two indoor full-color LED display walls, each measuring 4m2.
- Nine seamless plasma units to create a complete high definition video wall and were installed in a 3 x 3 configuration. The plasma screens measured 42inch (diagonally) each.
- A 37m long Full-Color indoor LED ticker which is installed on 3 walls in the media room. It is installed on top of the complete display solution.
- Another 8m long Full-Color indoor LED ticker, installed between the top ticker and the Plasma display.
